Made from vineyards near Sant Marti Sarroca, just north west of Vilafranca del Penedès. Light and pure red made of 100% Tempranilllo, Spain`s most famous grape variety and aged in tanks for 6 months. Lively red berry and cherry fruit character and a silky structure.
 
 
 
About the Producer
 
SIN is a collaborative project between vine grower Alex Ruiz and winemaker Amós Bañeres, focused on creating high-quality, affordable organic wines with no additives, while staying true to the terroir.
Similar to their other venture, Els Vinyerons, the vines and winery are owned by Alex Rios, whose family has long been involved in large-scale Cava production. However, Rios aimed to produce wines on a more artisanal level, using fully organic vines.
Amós Bañeres brings his winemaking expertise and artistry to the project, offering a range of wines that are more widely available than his own limited-production releases.
 
 
The SIN wines stand out for their easy drinkability, showcasing the full expression of the grape variety with a light, delicate touch that contrasts with the typical style of Penedès wines. Unlike the refined, barrel-aged Els Vinyerons wines, SIN focuses on pure, straightforward fruit.
