COST OF DELIVERY

 

Delivery to any one address in the UK is charged at £12 inclusive of VAT.

 

This does not apply to Corporate Offers whose delivery cost will vary dependent on whether an office or home delivery.

CARBON OFFSET

 

Money received for delivery charges will in part be used to buy carbon credits to offset the carbon footprint of the delivery.  We will purchase carbon credits from Ripple Africa, which operates under the UN’s Carbon Credit Scheme.

LOW IMPACT DELIVERY SCHEDULES

​

Deliveries will be scheduled to leave the Feel Good Grapes office on Wednesdays to arrive with

customers on Fridays.  This is in order to group deliveries and reduce the volume of transports used.

​

If the wines are in stock, you'll receive your wines by the Friday following purchase.  If we need to order more stock from our suppliers, you'll be given the option of changing your order, or sitting tight and waiting for the restock.  The choice will always be yours.

PACKAGING

We started out with all kinds of intentions to do the right thing and reduce, reuse, recycle when it came to the secondary protective packaging.  It soon became apparent that we just couldn't ensure your wines were delivered as safely as they needed and we went back to the drawing board.

​

Luckily the wonderful people at WBC have brought us PulpSafe, made from 100% recycled material and 100% recyclable and biodegradable.  Ok, it's not the cheapest, but it's safe and ticks all our ethical boxes, so we're pretty happy.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

Delivery is carried out by Feel Good Grapes, London City Bond, or Parcelforce.  The schedule for these deliveries to different parts of the UK will be communicated on purchase.
