Pale gold in the glass, with a clean, bright appearance. Aromas of warm citrus, honeysuckle, melon and hints of grass. On the palate, lively acidity balances a soft, creamy mousse; flavours of pink grapefruit, gentle citrus zest and subtle biscuit / pastry notes linger.
