La Jara Pinot Grigio 2025 is a fresh, elegant expression of Pinot Grigio from the hills around Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Made from organically grown grapes, it combines soft, fruity character with the freshness and acidity that make Pinot Grigio such an easy match for food.
We love it because it is uncomplicated in the best possible way — fresh, versatile and genuinely easy to enjoy. It's a great choice when you want a crisp Italian white that works just as well with dinner as it does as a glass to share.

ABOUT THE WINE
La Jara's Pinot Grigio comes from vineyards on the slopes of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene in northeastern Italy. The soils are rich in stones and gravel, which absorb heat during the day and release it slowly at night. According to La Jara, this helps encourage fresh, varietal aromas in the grapes.
The wine is classified as Delle Venezie DOC and is made from 100% Pinot Grigio. The 2025 vintage was awarded a Gold Medal at the Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge 2025.
It is a classic example of the fresh, approachable side of Pinot Grigio: fruity, lively and versatile at the table.
ABOUT THE PRODUCTION
La Jara has farmed its vineyards organically since 1999. The estate does not use pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilisers in the vineyards, and follows the natural cycles of the vines as part of its approach to maintaining the vineyard ecosystem.
For this Pinot Grigio, the grapes undergo soft pressing, with a short period of skin contact. The producer's technical sheet gives an alcohol level of 12.5% and recommends serving the wine at 10–12°C.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
La Jara is a family-run organic estate in the Veneto. The winery's commitment to organic farming dates back to 1999, with its vineyard philosophy centred on working in harmony with the natural cycle of the vines and preserving the balance of the vineyard ecosystem.
That commitment is central to the estate rather than an afterthought: La Jara describes organic farming as part of its identity and says its vineyards are cultivated without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilisers.
