Lovely organic Malbec made from high altitude vines, full of ripe and juicy plum, blackcurrant and cherry flavours with a hint of spice. In the mouth it is soft and round with a pleasant finish.
The Vinecol estate is a family winery situated in La Paz, at the eastern end of Mendoza. The estate adjoins the UNESCO protected biosphere at Ñacuñan and has been organic since its inception in 2000. Vinecol has 80 hectares of vineyards and were one of the first wineries in Mendoza to certify the vineyard and winery as organic.

The climate is high desert, warm summer days with cool nights, low humidity, and well drained soils. The altitude of the vineyards is at 1100 meters above sea-level and is ideal for the maturation of their organic grapes,  which are picked by hand. 
Since their debut in 2000, Vinecol has been focused on producing clean wines with great drinkability and pure fruit, with great labels to boot.
