Castellroig Reserva Brut Nature 2021 is a beautifully expressive Corpinnat sparkler from Sabaté i Coca — citrus-bright, mineral, and bone-dry, yet surprisingly layered. Expect orchard fruit, pastry warmth, earthy Xarel·lo complexity and a finish that proves exactly why wines like this deserve a seat among the world’s great sparkling styles.

A pale straw sparkler with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is exceptionally expressive: green apple, citrus peel, white flowers and a striking hit of Tarte Tatin (that caramelised French apple tart). Xarel·lo brings a lovely earthiness — savoury, mineral and grounding — while Macabeo and Parellada lift the wine with freshness and brightness. The palate is bone-dry, crisp and elegant, with subtle stone fruit, almond and pastry notes, finishing long, clean and confidently world-class.

Estate-grown grapes from 40 hectares of organically farmed vines across 66 micro-plots. Each variety is harvested by hand, fermented with native yeasts and vinified separately. Traditional-method second fermentation in bottle and a minimum of 18 months on the lees give the wine its creaminess, fine bubbles and added depth — with zero dosage to keep it ultra-pure.
