Blanco de Silos 2024 is a beautifully expressive white from Cillar de Silos made from Albillo Mayor, the historic grape of Ribera del Duero that is quietly enjoying a renaissance.

Grown in the high-altitude vineyards around Quintana del Pidio, the wine reflects the region’s warm days and cool nights through bright citrus, orchard fruit and subtle mineral freshness.

The Aragón family farm their vineyards with thoughtful care for soil health and vineyard balance, allowing the grapes to ripen naturally while preserving energy and character.

Gentle lees ageing adds texture without masking the purity of the fruit.

We love it for its authenticity and sense of place — a distinctive Ribera white that celebrates local grape heritage and careful vineyard stewardship.

Serve chilled at 8–10°C and enjoy over the next 3–5 years with seafood, grilled fish or light seasonal dishes

  • ABOUT THE PRODUCTION

Albillo Mayor has long been part of Ribera del Duero’s vineyard heritage, traditionally planted alongside Tempranillo in mixed vineyards.
